I'm going to re-do english in November session

In the Application for there are two options fo English as a second language (Extended)

1st one says: Oral communication Mark carried Forward
and the second one only : Oral communication

Whats the difference between those two? :S

Oh and in June 2009 when I did the oral test
I got Grade 3

your school will have a deadline...Your teachers will tell you when they are conducting the exam
