Help with confirmation link issues

Greetings,

Not sure if this is the right place at all, but here we go. I have just signed up for freeetextbook and checked my e-mail for the confirmation link, it was their, however, when i click on it, I get directed to the site BUT it says error in red: issue with the link. I have no idea why this is occurring but would very much like to find a solutuion to this issue. if anybody could help me out, or direct me to where i may get some resolve, that would be greatly appreciated.
