i can give u some tips though........
At the beginning, define ur objectives very clearly. i cannot emphasise this enough. eg make searching of data easier, make it easier to prepare reports etc. then in the other sections where u need to make references back to ur objectives like testing for example, specify the objective number which has been achieved. like if ur software is able to search data then ur objective of searching data is achieved.

also, the examiner report for june 2009 said..
that the technical documentation is very important

the books and guides say that the technical documentation includes programming, pseudo codes and variables used

but i have made an access database...
and the database doesn't contain any programming...or codes..

wat else should i include in my technical documentation....i am confused in that..

for access u must include all ur tables design views showing all the fields in each table, all queries showing the links u made between them and sample runs as well as sample runs for tables(adding, editing, deleting, searching etc.), the relationships between tables
