Black, with contrasting colours... Maybe green, not too dark, not too light, blue, grey, turquoise...

Any colour, but should not affect the eyes! Esp. the fluorescent ones...

Navy colours and white would be great
but i still think frames would make the site look better instead of having just two colours all over the place
