Do you think CIE really use the thresholds ?
abcdef:
I was looking at grade thresholds from couple years, the thresholds are varied but not that much different.
when I was looking at them I'm thinking that the thresholds are "TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE" :)
For example 41/80 was an A, that's really amazing ! :D
Do you think CIE can really use the thresholds ? and what can CIE proof that they use it ?

Ofcourse they do! In ON08 a friend of mine resitted his IGCSE chemistry and when he finished paper 3 he said "I'm going to fail no doubt!" And then he got an A! Is there any explanation ? :]

A person I know left 3 pages in one of his paper 3's, and managed to get an A*!

uhm duh they use the thresholds? why would they publish the thresholds then? whats so great about 40/80 for an A? makes it seem so easy, so cambridge are in fact making their grades look really low by publishing it...they should not be publishing it because its embarassing to them that the grades r so low lol, so yea, these r the thresholds :P
