this is because in this question the current splits to go through the 2 resistors ( so each one gets 1 Amp)
but when the current combines again, it goes back to the normal reading which is 2 amps

this should tell u
angle of incidence is the angle between the normal and the incident ray.

because there are 2 resistors each one is 2 ohms, so the current splits equally between them because they have the same resistance
