You can't go to a GOOD university after you do your O-Levels. These include countries like USA, UK, Australia and Canada where study is very competitive and a good demonstration of intellect is often necessary.

However you can go to study in Malaysia, Singapore and China where they might take one year for a pre-proficiency programme or ESL course before enrolling you into the real course you want to take.

I suggest that you complete at least your AS Levels if not your full A-Levels.

By the way, what O-Levels do you have and what are their respective grades? Where are you currently studying? Feel free to ask any questions that you have. I'm always there for help.

i am frm pak studying KSA

also i want to know any institutions in pak offering good A level studies

I suggest you do your A-Levels here in KSA. Which city are you now in Riyadh, Jeddah or Dammam? I can suggest some good schools here if tell me your city.
