Does CIE give percentages??

i dunno...some say A* is 85percentile...i really dunno

If you perform in the top 10% out of all, you can get an A*.

I do not think that CIE give the percentages, because its according to what they said on website and every exams has different threshold.
if 60% - A, it looks weird :D
