~ quick question ~
« on: June 01, 2009, 11:37:25 pm »
i am a bit confused about GCE cie mark schemes.

for example, for maths June2008 the required marks for an A are:
P1 - >65
P3 - >49
P4 - >46
P6 - >43

what happens if someone say, scores a little under the required marks for P4 but does really good in P3 and the total marks are still above 80% ? would he still get an A ? or is the baseline marks in each paper required?

i think the individual grades dont matter so much .. i think its the overall MARK that is counted ..
like for example, i got A in the 2 IGCSE business papers .. but my final grade was still an A
