its good to eat healthy food, but sometimes it gets boring and its good to eat junk food, but not in excess, u also need to do some exercise, because all the calories u store wetheir its from junk food or healthy, it will stay and increase ur fat percentage, about 30 mins a day would be good :)

A good advice!! I usually dont care if my food if healthy or not but what i really do care about is the proportions i eat!
Eating too much or too little doesn't matter...u need to exercise everyday.

Tips for students on the ways u can lose weight:
1)Walk while studying (lool i really want u to exercise)
2) watch as much Tv as possible (u r exercising ur eyes wow ;D)
3) Play any kind of sport (with ur friends ofcourse and during the days u have exams cuz it becomes more challenging)
4)Flip the pages of any book u have (flip and not study...repeat again only flipping lol)

If u follow my tips than im sure u will lose some marks ;D

well u see i cud eat all the healthy food in the world but i still wont be able to resist a big juicy burger or some french fries. And even though i love these things, and eat them quite regularly, i'm still quite fit. I'm a centre forward for my school football team and am also the captain of the cricket team, and plus i am also a member of the school's relay team which is the second fastest in Bahrain, wat i'm saying is that u cud eat healthy and u cud eat junk, u will never be fit unless u r active in some way or the other, i have to train everyday, and i still get a coke into my system after every training session and as for food, i cant resist eating sumthing delicious, so eat watever u want, stay active and u;ll be fine..

So who's up for a Big Mac??

Q80BOY:

oh and +REP for great debating on all the other topics as well  ;)
