oh really? they got tht system? where do u live in pak? karachi mein tau aisa kuch nahi hai, i know that very well, talkin thru my experience and my frn who went there for A levels.
unis usually dont take bribes and c's work fine. scholarships are a different matter...
and yes we do have it here... my chem sir told us about it in the beginning of ASlevel. its up to you if u want to give all together or not...
