well the best thing to do wen u r depressed is write everything on a paper
or if u prefer typing then on word
 and just type away all the things that bug u or irritate u or ur problems
and then just crumple the paper n throw it u will feel alot better(tried it it works)
or u cud talk to sum1 u trust and are comfortable wid
