its either they want only 6*10 and if u put any (^number) u still get marks OR u reaaly have to get 6*10 or the mark scheme is worng

and i got 6x10^-7

by just deviding the velocity/frequency

        (3x10^8)
       ------------  = 6x10^-7
        (5x10^14)
