ana normally i sleep between 8-10 hours
sleeping 7 hours gives me the most energy and i tend to be very unlazy (but i have to use an alarm to wake up)
anything less than that i can survive the day normally, but then ill HAVE to sleep after around 12-14 hours
but sleeping, i got some legendary friends, i know one of my friends who normally (but not on school days, only weekends and hollidays) who sleeps 12 hours and i was like
