Hi! I'm doing my IGCSEs this year.

Originally, I wanted to be a lawyer. So, I was going to do my undergraduate in Law (LLB) in either the UK or the US. But then, I was told that because I'm not a citizen of either, I would be paid minimum wage and I wouldn't get very far in my career as a lawyer. Plus, I would be stuck with the legal system, because law is not a very broad undergrad subject that can branch into something else, like Business.

So, I decided I could become either a Public Relations Specialist or a Marketer. The problem is that I'm not sure if what I've been told about Law is even true. So I'd like some verification.

1. Is what I've said about taking Law in a country I'm not a citizen of true?
2. Would I be rooted to the legal system forever and ever?
3. Is Public Relations or Marketing a good career to go into?
4. Is it possible to take Public Relations AND Law (single honours) as a joint or double major?
5. Is it possible for me to take Public Relations as an undergrad, and Law as a postgrad?

This would really help me out! Thanks!

Even with a degree in law, knowing maths and some science will make you better than your peers.
