nope, a higher concentration of sulphuric acid means the bulb will light more, imagine u have a beaker filled with water and little sulphuric acid, then the bulb would be very dull, but if u have little water and lots of sulphuric acid then it would be brighter

How do you claculate the Moles of a gas and how do you calaculate concetration?

it decreases - i think as the concentration is decreased
