In need of C4 textbook (non-livetext?)

hey guys, kinda noticed that this forum has been dead for so long. :\ Most if not all of the links around have been dead.. and I can't seem to find a C4 maths textbook (PDF version..) does anyone here have them on their PC? Could you please upload it for me and my classmates...? Thanks!
