try www.intmath.com, it has diffrentiation, integration and i guess permutation and combination too..

i take additional math too...practicing past papers and reading mark scheme solutions is probably the BEST way to prepare for additional math as the questions r very similar every year, n sum are often repeated with different equations/variables/values.
