Well...depends where you live..in the UAE it starts at 1PM for me...thats +4 GMT

thank u. if it starts at 1pm 4 u then it must start at 1 pm everywhere.

Lol and today i woke up early thinking the exam was today...i guess we really lose our minds during the ig's....very ironic.. ;)
