first language english is mainly composed of the readig and writing section. the reading section tests your ability to interpret what's given to you. So you might want to go through the past papers to get a fee for the type of questions hey ask you.

As for the writing, you need to have a good command over vocabulary and sentence structure.

i do well in business studies. so i recommend you to understand all the information in the textbook, not just recite it. application to the case is very important in the case study, make sure you read the question carefully when answering the questions.
