Just got a friend given one months line rental - £41 - from Orange mobile phone company.
I kept calling them over 2 days, not getting what I wanted from the first person who answered, so asking to be put through to a manager and taking up so much of their time. First they offered £20.50, then £41.
It's not right that gets results. It's the ability to last longer.
