the main differences
pilot is when a small part of the system is tried out on trial bases and if successful is implemented
phased is when an old system is changed into the new system in steps

u talkin about the forms the ones we have to make?

no, in general. in some questions its an 'output' form

and in some its an 'input' form....

my sir told dat wen they say input form the form will be empty but if they ay to make an output form that means u have to feel in the details as well
