I think its C
i got this by apply the algebric formula and got a=4 b=2
what do you guys think?

astarmathsandphysics:
(2a-b)/b=2a/3-b/b=2a/b-1=3
2a/b=4 so a/b=2 so b/a=1/2=0.5
