track an iPhone if it is lost

I am planning to buy an iPhone 4s, but I am always losing things. I wanna know if there is an app that can track the iPhone in real time. Meanwhile, it can also track what others have done with the iPhone. Anything like that existing?  I got anti-theft at this sales news. it might be useful for me.

Yup , try FindMyIphone. Shows the location of your iphone. But it wont show what has been done with the phone.
