i have the same problem..many people tell me to revise like 5 times after i finish the paper..

revise doesn't mean simply look at the questions and your answers it means to reattempt the question in your mind..

in the end, i had to do
10+8
so i wrote
10+8=16

and while checking we only check huge things, instead of this minute thingy.
that troubles me
