Amylase (salivary and pancreatic) both neutral = starch to maltose
Maltase (from pancreas) alkaline = maltose to glucose
Lipase (from pancreas) alkaline = lipids(fats) to fatty acids and glycerol
Protease (in stomach) acidic = proteins to amino acids
Im sure u need to know all these. :)
