Need help dealing with du (for UAE citizens !)

Salam y'all=]

Unfortunately I use du and I have a problem.  I was in a taxi at night and I wrote down the number for me to have 25 DHS as credit for (more time credit) but unfortunately I pressed on 138 before the number on the paper and hence now it's  turned into "More international credit" in other words if I call people living in UAE I'm considered as if I do NOT have a single Dirham as Credit it's actually (0.04 DHS which obviously isn't useful AT ALL)

Anyways My Question is , is there any way where I can change it into "more time" not the one valid for 30 days but the other one with NO LIMIT?

Oh, no no no you didn't do that! Okay, well, it's done so let's face it.. your 20 DHS( du has no 25dhs offer) is down the drain. Either, transfer the credits to someone who makes a lot of international call or use them. But one way or the other, you'll have to refill your mobile again.  --

It happened to me once, glad I've many international contacts ::). Cldn't find a way that could change the situation. I don't know much about phone business though, so maybe you can ask your other friends and see if they can do anything.

I'd ask my sister but she's sleeping so yeah ... ::)

I suggest using that money beneficially by calling up your sister or anyone else. :D

i dont have du so i dont know much, but did you try asking help from the customer service centre??  ???
