Roomate

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHh!

I am so angry and dont know what to do.

I have a new room mate which is next to my room.
I think he is going to have a party with his friends in the house when all of us (me and other room mates go for vacation for 3 months).
So for, the house is only me and him. Before the starts of the holiday, he had asked everyone when do they go back for holiday and he tells us that he will be going back at the end of this month (November) which i dont believe him.
 
He had bring a lots of friends to stay overnight in his room and in the morning using our toilet. His room has a toilet yet still using the toilet that is shared by three of the room mates including me. What makes me angry are his friends step into the toilet with his and her shoes and using the shampoo and soap of the other room mates. Those room mates might think i am using their things and make the toilet dirty as i am the only one who go back to hometown lately.

Besides, he also smoke, drink alcohol and turn on the music loud. He also help his fiends to wash the clothes using the washing machine, at least 3 times a day!


Omg, why i have this kind of room mate and why the agent want this kind of person to rent the room!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I dont think the agent will come over and tell him not to do all these things as he only want $$$$$$$$.

What am i suppose to do?  help me....

I think you need to go and have a word with him seriously. Let him know that you don't like his behaviour and mistreatment of your personal property or space!

Try negotiating and resolving the matter!

I dont think he will follow. He might say yes for every things i compliant about him but when i go for vacation then his fox's tail will be coming out means do what he want.

Now, he and his friends are playing and screaming in his room.

I am sorry, I don't have much knowledge on the whole system of sharing apartment and stuff.

Is there any way you could complain about him since he isn't ready to listen to you ?

Awww. Don't worry.

It'll be alright. How about you stay in your room while his friends are around and for your washroom stuff (soap, shampoo etc) ... keep them with you and take them with you whenever you go to use the washroom.

Just try talking to him calmly. Give it a final try.

i know some people with kinda similar problem.

do you have the keys to your rooms and bathroom??
if you do just lock them out! keep the keys with you when you leave.
And tell your other roommates about 'that guy' in advance so that they dont end up blaming you!

Do as the ladies told yuh above or try to talk the guy whose got the house on his name. Convince him to kick him out of the house. SIMPLE.
