CIE RESULTS OCT/NOV 2011
the winner:
October/November 2011 provisional results for GCE A/AS Level, IGCSE and O Level examinations will be released onto the CIE Direct website at 00:01 on 23 January 2012. Hard copy Statements of Results should be with schools in early February.
Some candidates may view their results online via the CIE Candidate Results website. Candidates should contact their school for further information on this.

Yes, that's from the CIE site, so that's the date of the results.
