Charity
« on: November 17, 2011, 05:03:52 am »
My club decides to visit a charity home. We had raise some money and use it to buy stuffs which they need.

However, we dont know which charity home to visit. It's my first time to lead a visit on a charity home. haha, it's sound funny.

Is there any ideas what are the criterion that need to choose a charity? and what are the things that can made the event more interesting?

Thanks for sharing your opinions.

Imo, I'd choose something that's related to kids since they are in more need of comfort.

To make it more interesting for the kids, you can include many different kinds of games! :D

Where is the charity event taking place ?

My club will go to the charity home there like what you are thinking.

Yup games sure will made them happy.

How about old folks home or disability children? I think games are not suitable for them. What else ya..

Visiting old folks and disable children are also a great idea. (:

I'd like to make a card or get them a small present. A small souvenir for them to hold on to.
