It's cheaper than UK and recognized

If your marks are very high I mean like 98-100% you could try NUS

Depends where you intend to work ;)

I doubt it's recognised all over the world :(

Russia is good financially but not really recognised all over the world!

Australia is first class, i.e if you can afford the fee :P
