A-Levels or IB?

IB is more like the US based system and therefore if you want to go to US/canada then do IB but it is not compulsory as people do get into us/canada universities even if they have done A-levels.
I cant compare both in terms of difficulty as I have no clue about the IB subjects but there is a girl I know and she is taking IB, she told me that A-level math is much more tough than IB cause they dont do anything of the sort we do in C3/C4.

Well, it basically depends on where you want to go for university, Maybe check the requirements for the uni(s) you plan to go.
