Do I stand a Chance in getting an A*in A level ?! [EDEXCEL]

Assalamu Allaykom/Hey Everyone =D

I'm taking Math , Physics and Chemistry in A level and I want to know according to the Edexcel Grading System do I stand a chance of getting an A* in my A level as an Overall?

My friend said that I need to get AT LEAST 270 in AS and my Overall A level has to be at least 480 , is that True ? (if it is then I don't stand a Chance  :-[  :-\ )


I took Math , chemistry and Physics AS Edexcel in Jan & June 2011 and my results are the following :

Physics Unit 1  75/120   C
Physics Unit 2  101/120  A
Physics Unit 3  51/6o     not sure if it's A or B  :-[           Physics AS   B

OVERALL in Physics : 227/300

Chemistry Unit 1  82/120  C  *One  mark from a B =,= *
Chemistry Unit 2  88/120  B  :-\
Chemistry Unit 3   56/60   A                     Chemistry AS  B          

OVERALL in Chemistry : 226/300


C1  83/100  A
C2  92/100   A
M1  76/100   B                              Math AS A

OVERALL in Mathematics : 251/300

Even if I have a TINY chance of getting an A* then do let me know ,Please =]

Tell me what I have to do to get that A*  :-\

This shows that ALL I need is 270 in my A2 and an Overall 480 , with these AS grades ,do I stand a chance ? (I just want to confirm that's all  :-\)
