wat would be the control for the NaCl thingy?..would you say to heat the enzyme above 80 degrees to show that effect of enzyme will not work?

If you're asked to provide a Control for the addition of NaCl specifically, I don't think you can bring in temperature ... For the Control, the only variable that you CAN change is the variable you're invesitigating the effect of; in this case, NaCl. Temperature has to stay the same.

What will the source of error be?

If it there really is usage of NaCl, I suppose you could say, pH was not maintained. Also, if there's no temperature control, you could mention that, as well.

Parallex error when reading the volume of CO2 produced if a syringe is, in fact, used to take the measurment and there's no counting of bubbles. If you do have to count bubbles, you could say there's a chance that an error could've arisen there.

Frankly, NaCl or no NaCl, I don't care. Examfreak had a question; I answered it, hypothetically.

Some teachers are of the opinion that NaCl might be a part of it, so ...
