Mechanics 2 in Jan or June :-\ , Advice Needed !!

Hey Everyone (Salam)

I will be taking C3 in January inshAllah but since the C4 is too long and needs loads of practice and there isn't much time till Jan, I have  decided to do it in June. in June I got 6 papers to do while in Jan ONLY 3 papers. Plus Over here we have Arabic and Islamic ministry exams (in April) that we MUST pass  or else we don't graduate =,=. so I'd like to add one more paper in math in Jan (that is M2). Problem is that my BFF (did M2 last year) said that in M2 , information from C1 C2 C3 AND C4 are supposed to be well known by the student, and the student will be asked Questions from (C1-C4). No worries I'll take in Private lessons there ain't a problem in that , I just need someone who did Edexcel M2 to tell me if that information is right or not (really confused here  :-\ :-X ), and is it a wise decision if I did it in Jan (that is rushing things if that's what it's called  ::)) or should I just wait till June ?

Although, I haven't taken Math for my A-levels. I strongly suggest that you shouldn't do M2 in Jan 2012.

First of all, you have 3 papers in Jan which trust me will be more than enough. ::)

I assume you are doing Chem 4, Phy 4 and C3. . .yes ?

Trust me, M2 will just be a burden on you with the rest 3 hanging along yer shoulder too.  

God forbid but you don't wanna ruin yer grades in the rest 3, right ?

Just concentrate mainly in these cos they are vast and require lots of practice.

I advice you do M2 in June 2012, Insha Allah. (:

I havent done M2 and I started M1 this year but so far from what I have heard, M2 is tough and more than M1. Since you have taken M1 already you can compare both in terms of toughness better than me.
I would suggest you the same, dont rush for it. If you want to lower some burden for june exams then why dont you opt for any other unit, which you think you will be able to do in jan, like unit 6 for any science subject.
