What you consider when choose university?

Hi all, let say you are from Asia looking for study place either in UK, US or other Asia country.
what make you decide first before choose for study place in university?
a) Reputation
b) Tuition fees
c) Environment (Nice place. green area)
d) You have no idea (your friend study there)

I'm an Arab so sort of Asian I guess ::)

I'd decide based on it's Reputation and Tuition Fees and it's Environment as in Safety and stuff.

The order you've put in your post :D Reputation is most important. This, followed by tuition fee and finally the environment in terms of safety, ethics, discipline and extracurricular opportunities.
