I read about the using soda and its best to use it once or twice a week. Using it everyday can turn out to be bad as it can be abrasive as well.
You can use it with toothpaste or alone, with toothpaste it is easier cause you dont have to deal with the bad taste of soda  ::)

It depends if you wanna ruin your teeth or take care of them, If you want to ruin them then use soda for cakes and if you want good teeth then use it for your teeth  :P  ::)  8)

Haven't tried baking soda myself. Just seems weird for me. I only stick to my toothpaste, khalas. ::)

I will give out some tips/techniques once I start studying the oral cavity properly (in great detail). As of now, it's just general medicine stuff. ::)

Hey, have any of you tried a 'miswak'  ::) I've read its awesome. Have an uncle who gave me one a few days back...feels good :D. Hopefully the awesome results will be out soon. :D

Tried and tested. Its perfect. You'll forget you ever used a toothbrush. :D.You won't be needing one once you use it :D. But you know, sometimes you've got to know how to use it. Anyway, my research is still on. :D
