Eye relaxation exercise

I wont say this will do wonders but "Hopefully" this will be helpful to people like "us" who stare at the computer screen for hours :P
There are many others but this one is the easiest to do (I think) so I am posting it
It goes like this:
* Sit comfortably on a chair.Rub your hands together until they feel warm
* Close the eyes and cover them lightly with your cupped palms. Avoid applying pressure on your eye balls and dont cover your nose either
* Make sure that no light rays enter the eyes, and leave no gaps between fingers or between the edge of the palms and the nose (see picture)
* Imagine deep blackness and focus on the blackness.
* Take deep breaths slowly and evenly
Repeat the palming for 3 minutes or more

Another TIP:
After every 1 or 2 hour, take a break from focusing on the screen.
The best thing to do is to get up, walk around for sometime and also wash your face/eyes with cold water.
