Yes normal members can write articles and then submit them to the mods for checking and editing. :)

Nah, team was like that before and the forum performed better. The more mods we have, the more the forum becomes active and organized. :D
Plus many INACTIVE mods. There are also many who traveled for holiday and this summer..we got A LOT to do, so we have to make sure we have the help needed. =]
