Sorry, didnt get what you meant?

I guess you misunderstood what I meant to say
As you guys said that as more mods will be chosen, the no. of active members will decrease
So I just said that It will be true if the members who are active will also become mods.  :-\

That's right but it's not necessary that an active member gets the moderator's position.

Do you need an example ?

Yeah I understand that and thats why I said IF those members become mods.

And you can go ahead with the example  ;)

If we have 12 active members and 9 moderators, we will then have 15 moderators and 12 members if any active member wasn't chossen a moderator. If we chose any number of active members as moderators, then number of active members has to decrease as number  of moderators have increased. Simple language.

So conclusion is that the ratio of active members to moderators will surely decrease, whatever is the technique of choosing.
