Indeed if you control your tongue and speak good then paradise can be yours. The Prophet (saw) said "Whoever can guarantee me two things I can guarantee them Paradise." The companions asked "What O Messenger of Allah?" He replied "What is between his jaws (his tongue) and his legs (private parts)." (Bukhari)

You know there is a saying,
Five things never come back:
the spoken words, the wasted time, the past, the neglected opportunity, and friends' trust so think twice and act wise

We should always think before saying :)

In the book "Enjoy your life" I read a sentence i.e. "Only pass comment on what is good"
I think applying this can also protect our tongue from saying wrong

Only pass a comment on what is good, also there is a hadeeth that says its either you say good or you to stay quiet.
