I had the same doubt for my Chem paper, edexcel though, if I should do MCQ or Sec B first
And my friends suggested, start the paper as it is, if u feel that you are spending alot of time in answering those then go to Section B.
I suggest the same, m not sure of the structure of the paper so cant tell exactly
