A bit confused about SAT, SAT Subject tests, SAT I, SAT II ???

Hi ! Can someone explain to me the difference between those 4? ??? SAT, SAT Subject tests, SAT I, SAT II  :-\

Ah, like a month ago was as clueless as you! I'm giving the SAT this year October iA so I've been looking it up.
Basically SAT I is the standard test made up of 3 sections which you are required to take if you want to apply to States for uni.
SAT II consists of the subject tests. You should take an SAT II if you are going to be applying to some highly competitive colleges that require two or three SAT II (subject) scores.

i wanted to give SAT1 and SAT2    exams in july or august   and i live in Oman ,muscat   and i can also give exams in dubai since it is near to Oman
so can i give in  august or july and is there any exams of SAT 1 and SAT 2 in these months   
and is the exam given in this  same time as the rest of the world such as the A level exams
