PHYSICS THERMODYAMICS
« on: May 11, 2011, 09:53:38 am »
Guys how can you change internal energy, and kinetic and potential energy of atoms.
for e.g. increasing temperature - what does this do,
increasing pressure - what does this change (i.e. kinetic or potential)

Increasing temperature increases kinetic energy of molecules.

When changes of states are involved- Solid to liquid to gas :- Potential energy of molecules change.
