solving systems of equations with 3 variables

can someone please solve the following 2 questions.
1)
x+y-z = 9
3x+4y+3z= 2
4x+5y+3z= 5
2)
x + y = 2
x- y- z= -5
x +3y +z= 9
please help and thanks in advance....
