my laptop language is already English--US.

not ur laptop language. MS office language.
Follow the steps:
Start-->all programs-->microsoft office--> microsoft office tools-->microsoft office 2007 language tools.
add english to the enabeld edditing languages.
choose english as primary editing language.
tell me if it does'nt work

i oly have Access 2007.

Besides, my coursework is using 2007 too.
