y2-y1/ x2-x1
m= 3-(-2)/4-1
m =3+2/3
m=5/3
Then, substitue m=5/3 in the equation y=mx+c
y=mx+c (using 1,-2)
-2 = 5/3 X 1 + c
-2 = 5/3 + c
c = 11/3
Then, substitute m and c in y = mx+c
so the equation of the line is y=5/3x + 11/3
