I solved all this paper smoothly, but when i reached the Excel part, number 14 found some difficulties. The rates where all correct except for Clacton, i got a rate of 0.03 but i should have gotten a rate of 0.02. I checked the formulas, they where all correct, except for the clacton field. Can anybody please help me? :-X
