Ideas for SAT essay examples...

Ok, so I'm doing the SAT in a while, want to have a list of good examples to use for the essay part... you know, the kind that can be modified to fit with almost any topic...all the examples I can come up with are always from books :) want to include something else, such as history or politics.

Here are my favourites, anyway

House of Mirth - Edith Wharton
The Wonderful Wizard of Oz - L Frank Baum
To Kill A Mockingbird - Harper Lee
Metamorphosis - Franz Kafka

Ideas, anyone?
