guys in 9c in the formula to find the equation y-4=-2/3(x-1)when you take 3 to the other side its negative not positive since both the denominator and nominator are negative so the answer should be 2x-3y+14. Correct me if im wrong!!
only the numerator has -ve sign and not the denominator when we shift 3 it will have +ve sign thus we get the equation 2x+3y-14
how??? the whole fraction shud be negative shudnt it?? thats what my teacher told me and i was solving this other past paper and it showed that the denominator is negative in the mark scheme.......
If I remember correctly the gradient was -2/3
